Legal / Privacy

Privacy policy.

We believe you should understand how personal and financial information is used, what is optional and how to make a request.

Version: October 18, 2026 · Proposed site: saldio.pacarizi.it

1. Who we are

Saldio is a personal finance and budgeting software service (the “Service”). The operator is [LEGAL OPERATOR NAME AND REGISTERED ADDRESS — COMPLETE BEFORE PUBLISHING] (also “we”, “us” or “our”). For privacy inquiries, use the support contact page. The planned email address privacy@saldio.pacarizi.it must be configured and monitored before launch.

2. What information may be processed

  • Account information: email address, account identifiers, sign-in method, security and session metadata.
  • Financial information you provide: budgets, categories, goals, transactions, balances, financial plans, recurring commitments, imported files and notes.
  • Connected-account information: account details, balances and transaction information obtained through a supported read-only connectivity provider after you authorize the connection.
  • Subscription information: purchase status, entitlements, transaction references and the timing of valid subscriptions or one-time passes, where enabled.
  • Technical and support information: device/app diagnostics, usage events if analytics are enabled, and the content of any request you send us.
  • Website forms: contact, deletion-assistance or opt-in communication details submitted through Netlify Forms once enabled.

Do not submit bank passwords, account PINs, payment-card details or sensitive identity documents through website forms.

3. What we use it for

We use information to provide and secure the Service, synchronize permitted account data, calculate budgets and forecasts, support account and payment entitlements, answer requests, detect errors or abuse, and comply with applicable law. Personalization choices can affect which guidance is relevant, but should not alter financial records or quietly turn projections into confirmed funds.

4. Providers and integrations

The planned technology stack includes Supabase (authentication, data and infrastructure), Plaid (read-only bank connectivity where supported), RevenueCat and applicable app stores (subscriptions), Netlify (website hosting and optional forms), and PostHog if product analytics are enabled. A future checkout may use Stripe, but payments are not active on this website today. The actual enabled-provider list and data-processing agreements must be verified before launch.

We do not sell bank login credentials or initiate bank payments. We do not claim that information never passes to service providers; processors may handle information needed to deliver the Service, under applicable terms.

5. Cookies, analytics and browser storage

This static marketing website currently contains no third-party analytics script, advertising pixel or cookie-based behavioral tracking. Netlify or browser infrastructure may process ordinary connection and security logs. If sign-in, analytics or checkout are added later, we will update this policy and provide any notices or consent mechanisms required by applicable law.

6. Sharing and households

Household planning functions, where offered, are user-authorized app features. A shared household plan is not a third-party data processor, and participating members are not automatically entitled to another member's private bank transactions or personal balances. Any sharing depends on the feature's explicit permissions.

7. Retention

Information is kept for as long as needed to provide an active account or fulfill legitimate purposes, and for longer when law, security, dispute resolution or valid financial-record retention requires it. Exact retention periods, backup schedules and deletion operations must be documented and verified before launch. Deleted data may remain temporarily in legally required records or rotating backups.

8. Your privacy choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your data, objection, restriction or withdrawal of certain consents. We evaluate and respond according to applicable law and necessary identity verification. You can disconnect supported bank connections and submit requests through support or the account deletion page.

9. Security

We use access controls and protective engineering practices appropriate to the Service, but no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Sensitive operations can require authentication and additional confirmation. The implementation and effectiveness of native biometric, OAuth and cloud security flows must be verified before release.

10. International processing

The Service may involve hosting or support providers in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate lawful transfer mechanisms and provider safeguards must be reviewed and put in place before launch.

11. Children

Saldio is not designed as a financial service for children below the applicable age of digital consent. The launch age threshold, verification approach and region availability must be finalized in the Service terms.

12. Updates and contact

We may revise this policy as the Service evolves, with notice where law requires it. For concerns or requests, visit Contact & support.
