1. Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms govern use of Saldio (the “Service”) provided by [LEGAL OPERATOR NAME — COMPLETE BEFORE PUBLISHING]. You must be permitted under applicable law to enter into these Terms and use the Service. The minimum age and supported jurisdictions must be finalized before launch.

2. What the Service is

Saldio provides tools for recording, organizing and understanding personal financial information. It may include budgeting, forecasts, reminders, account aggregation, educational guidance, household planning and access-tier features. Saldio is not a bank, bank account, broker, lender, payment initiator, financial adviser or money transmitter. It does not hold customer deposits or initiate bank transfers.

3. Accuracy and decisions

Financial projections, labels, categorizations and suggestions depend on information supplied or obtained through connected services. They may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Expected payments are not confirmed income. You remain responsible for verifying statements, payment status, balances, taxes and decisions with authoritative providers.

4. Accounts and security

You agree to supply accurate account details, keep sign-in credentials secure and notify support if you believe access has been compromised. Additional verification such as an app PIN or supported device biometrics may be required for sensitive features. Do not share authentication secrets via website forms.

5. Bank connections

Optional bank connectivity is subject to supported providers and separate consent. Saldio's bank connections are read-only and do not allow editing bank-side records or moving funds. Availability depends on institutions, regions, subscription eligibility and technical compatibility. Connected information may be delayed or require reauthorization.

6. Plans, trials and purchases

Free, Pro, Plus and Max are feature-access categories. Subscription pricing, taxes, renewal, trials, refund rules and cancellation details must be presented at checkout through the relevant store or payment provider. An eligible one-time $2.99 seven-day Max pass is planned for website purchase; it will not auto-renew. This website currently does not sell or activate passes. Purchases are not final until securely confirmed by the applicable provider and entitlement system.

7. User-provided information

You are responsible for rights to content and data you provide, and for checking imported records. Saldio may store and process that information to deliver authorized functionality. Financial information may require special treatment under applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized account access, interfere with security protections, submit unlawful material or use the Service to infringe others' rights. Shared household features must be used only with permission of the relevant participants.

9. Service availability and changes

Some features may depend on providers or be unavailable during outages, upgrades or regional restrictions. We may update the Service, but applicable contractual, consumer-protection and notice obligations continue to apply.

10. Account closure

You can initiate deletion through the in-app account controls where supported and request help through Delete your account. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate processes and are governed by the terms of the store or payment provider used.

11. Legal limitations

Any warranties, liability limitations, governing law, dispute-resolution clauses and mandatory consumer rights will be specified only after reviewing the operator's legal entity and the jurisdictions in which Saldio launches. Nothing here is intended to override rights that cannot legally be waived.
